Terms of Use for Snakk Norsk

Agreement to Terms

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Etero AS for use of the Snakk Norsk mobile application and related services.

By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.

Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
• If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping your credentials secure.

License and Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial language learning.

• Do not reverse engineer, modify, copy, resell, or redistribute the app.
• Do not use the app for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or automated activity.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or disrupt its operation.

Subscriptions and Payments

• Premium features may be offered through subscriptions or in-app purchases.
• Purchases are handled by Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, and their payment providers.
• Subscription cancellation and refund rules are governed by the store where you purchased.

AI and Learning Content

AI-generated content may be inaccurate. You should treat AI explanations as learning assistance, not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the app at any time.

Disclaimer and Liability

The app is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Etero AS is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
