Delete Your Account

How to delete your Snakk Norsk account and associated data.

Email deletion request

Option 1: Delete Through the Mobile App

  • Open the Snakk Norsk mobile application.
  • Navigate to Settings.
  • Go to the Profile section.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  • Tap "Delete User" and confirm your decision.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 2: Email Us

You can request account deletion by emailing martin@etero.no. Include the email address associated with your account so we can locate the correct user data.

What Gets Deleted

  • Profile information and preferences.
  • Conversation history with the AI tutor.
  • Learning progress and statistics.
  • Saved vocabulary and notes.
  • Account settings and customizations.
Payment history and transaction records may be retained by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and payment providers for billing, accounting, and legal compliance.
