Terms of Service - Norskappen

Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Norskappen mobile application provided by Jenssen Teknodugnad ENK. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

App Usage and Intellectual Property

• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.
• You may not modify, adapt, reverse engineer, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or misuse the app.
• All intellectual property rights in the app belong to the company.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The app may offer in-app purchases and subscription plans. Payments, cancellation, and refunds are handled through the applicable app store platform.

Privacy and Data Collection

We may collect and store information such as email address and study progress to provide and improve the app. Data collection is governed by the Privacy Policy.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law, and disputes are submitted to the courts of Norway.
