Delete Your Norskappen Account

Delete Your Account in the App

• Open Norskappen and sign in to your account.
• Go to the Settings page.
• Scroll to the bottom and select Delete user & related user data.
• Confirm that you want to permanently delete the account.

Known Account-Deletion Bug

Sometimes you may need to log out of Norskappen and log back in before you can delete your account. This is a known bug, and we are working on a fix.

After signing in again, return to Settings and try the deletion steps above.

Ask Us to Delete Your Account

You can also email martinkontakter@gmail.com and ask us to delete your Norskappen account. Send the request from the email address connected to your account, or include that address in your message, so we can identify the correct account.

What Gets Deleted

• Your email address and account information.
• Your study progress and learning data.
• All personal data associated with your account.
