For iOS Users

This application is licensed to you by Jenssen Teknodugnad ENK in accordance with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The Standard EULA is part of the App Store Terms of Service.

For Android Users

These Terms govern your use of the Ordboka mobile application. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

App Usage and Intellectual Property

• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.
• You may not modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or misuse the app.
• All intellectual property rights in the app belong to Jenssen Teknodugnad ENK.

App Usage Data Collection

We collect anonymous app usage data to improve functionality and user experience. This data does not include personal identifying information.

Termination, Warranty, and Liability

You may stop using the app at any time. The app is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
