This privacy policy applies to Jenssen Teknodugnad ENK (922 543 348) and its application, Norskappen. Jenssen Teknodugnad ENK is the data controller for personal information collected and used in Norskappen.
Norskappen's privacy policy is part of the app's Terms of Use and thus part of the agreement between the user of Norskappen and Jenssen Teknodugnad ENK.

Norskappen stores information provided by you when you register as a user. The app stores the following data:

- Email address: Used to register a user account and provide app-related content.
- Study Progress: Used to understand where students struggle and make improvements to the code and the in app explanations based on that data.

Personal information that Norskappen collects is stored and processed in a safe and secure manner. We use Firebase CloudStorage, which has extensive security measures to protect user data.
4. Disclosure of Personal Data
Information that can be linked to you as a person will not be shared with others. Jenssen Teknodugnad ENK may share your personal information with subcontractors who process personal data on our behalf (data processors), but this is done according to data processing agreements that prevent the data processor from using the data for other purposes.
5. Access, Correction, and Deletion
You can access the information that is registered about you by sending a request to Jenssen Teknodugnad ENK. You can also request to correct information about you that is not correct. Personal data will be stored indefinitely as the app is designed to retain information for as long as the user needs.
